Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you visit this website or contact BILLLED.
Review draft. Company details, service configuration and final legal and language approval remain pending. Online enquiry submission remains disabled.
Who operates this website
This website is operated by Billionaire Lighting Co., Ltd., using the BILLLED brand. Its registered location is Shenzhen, China. Privacy queries and deletion requests can be sent to info@billled.com.
The full postal address and any additional statutory operator details remain subject to confirmation before final publication.
Visiting the website
The preview website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Delivering pages and protecting the service can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URLs and request times. The website currently contains no analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
Cloudflare describes its processing of visitor and network information in its Privacy Policy. Account-specific logging, access and retention settings remain to be verified before formal release.
Email and business enquiries
If you choose to email us, your address, message and any information you include are received through our business mailbox. Only provide information relevant to your product or project enquiry; please do not include sensitive personal information.
Online enquiry submission is currently disabled. The planned form asks for a name, business email, company and relevant product or project details. Depending on the enquiry, these can include a target market, model, configuration, quantity and message. The source page and language are also included.
When separately approved and enabled, the service will validate the enquiry and send it through Resend to info@billled.com. Your business email is used as the Reply-To address so the team can reply to you. The service does not send an automatic acknowledgement to your address and does not write submissions to an application database. Copies can nevertheless exist in the receiving mailbox and in service-provider systems.
The intended purpose is to answer your request, discuss specifications and quotations, and manage related business correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not itself sign you up for a newsletter.
Planned enquiry protection
When the enquiry service is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile will check for automated submissions. Cloudflare describes signals such as IP address and browser-related information in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Our current disabled form does not load the Turnstile widget.
The planned service also temporarily counts requests by IP address to limit abuse. Resend processes the enquiry email and delivery-related information when sending it; see its Privacy Policy.
Proposed purposes and legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, steps requested by a person before entering a contract may fall under Article 6(1)(b). Correspondence with representatives of business customers and necessary website security may instead rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to an appropriate assessment. Processing required by law may fall under Article 6(1)(c). Any optional processing requiring consent must be assessed separately.
These are proposed bases for review. The operator must confirm which bases apply to its activities before the final notice is published.
Access, retention and international processing
The confirmed policy is to retain enquiry correspondence for 365 days from receipt and then delete it. If information becomes part of a contract or a record subject to a legal retention obligation, that record must be handled separately under the applicable obligation. The authorised mailbox team and the deletion process are still to be verified before this policy is finalised. Provider retention and backups require separate checks; having no application database does not remove these copies.
The business contact location is in China. Cloudflare and the planned Resend service may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable processing agreements, transfer safeguards and any required representative arrangements must be confirmed for the operator before the enquiry service is enabled. This draft does not assert that those arrangements are already in place.
Your privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to legal conditions. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Send privacy queries and deletion requests to info@billled.com. We may need information sufficient to verify your request and protect other people's data. The internal person responsible for handling requests is still to be designated. See our Cookie Policy for information about browser storage.
