LED floor-lamp components and quality
Review components as part of an identifiable finished luminaire.
A component list helps identify an LED floor lamp, but quality approval needs evidence for the assembled product. Connect the component records, sample and finished-product documents before making comparisons.
Light source and driver
Ask the supplier to identify the offered LED module, driver and power configuration. Confirm which details are fixed and which may change between variants. If component origin or brand matters to the order, record it explicitly and agree how substitutions will be handled.
Separate semiconductor or component manufacturing from luminaire assembly. Do not infer that a lighting supplier manufactures every internal part.
Optics and thermal design
Request the optical configuration, distribution data and relevant finished-product test records. Review the diffuser, lens or shade used in the sample. Ask what operating conditions support any output or lifetime claim.
Obtain information about the thermal arrangement and permitted operating environment. A material description alone is not proof of thermal performance or a guaranteed service life.
Structure and finish
Compare drawings and the physical sample for base dimensions, column alignment, head position, joints and cable management. Inspect the agreed finish under a consistent review method. Record how the lamp is assembled and which parts the customer or installer handles.
For adjustment and controls, include a practical operation check. The dimmable floor-lamp guide separates source, driver, control and optical questions.
Assembly and quality records
Agree the sample approval, production checks and required documents for the exact configuration. Ask how records link to model revisions and orders. Certificates or reports should be reviewed for their stated scope, rather than treated as evidence for every variant.
Confirm packing, maintenance and replacement-part arrangements. Use the supplier-selection guide and submit the required configuration and documents for a purchasing discussion.
